Definitions

A few responses consists abbreviations or misleading words. Some are directly understandable, other need a more readable explanation. In the table below you will get all abbreviations or misleading words combined with explanations.

  • Explanation
    • ROTATING
    • By every request a proxy rotates the IP-address. So every request will be executed with another IP-address.
    • STATIC
    • By every request the proxy does not rotate. The IP-address will be the same.
    • HTTP
    • Hypertext Transfer Protocol.
    • SOCKS4
    • Abbreviation for Sockets. SOCKS4 does not support authentication.
    • SOCKS5
    • Abbreviation for Sockets. SOCKS5 does support authentication.
