Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Technical questions

  • What are rotating proxies?

A rotating proxy is a proxy server that provides a new IP address from the proxy pool for each request. Upon purchase, you'll receive a list of proxies in the format IP:PORT. When connecting to a proxy from this list, it automatically links to an IP from the pool on the backend, and that IP handles the request. There's no need to update the list in your software. We manage everything behind the scenes, allowing you to use the same proxy list without any hassle.
  • What are threads / concurrent connections?

A thread determines the number of simultaneous connections you can establish. The more threads you have, the faster the task you're performing will be completed.
  • How often do the proxies rotate?

Our proxies rotate with every request.
  • How much IP addresses can be whitelisted?

Each subscription includes one authentication that you can use with our service. However, you can purchase up to 10 additional "authentication slots" if you require more than one authentication at a time.
  • What type of authentication do you use?

Our proxies are authenticated via credentials (username and password). Before you can use our rotating proxies, you need to set up your login details in our dashboard. This process takes only a few seconds. Once your credentials are configured, you can fully access and use our proxies.
  • What is the proxy protocol?

You can choose between socks4/5 or HTTP/s.
  • Can I choose my proxy location?

Yes, you can choose your proxy location. We offer filters for selecting proxies based on continent and country, allowing you to customize your experience and target specific regions for your needs.
  • How big is the proxy pool?

The proxy pool consistently contains more than 5 million proxies. It is regularly updated in the background, with outdated proxies removed and new ones added.
  • What would happen if I reach limit of bandwidth?

If you reach the bandwidth limit, you can manually add more bandwidth or simply wait for the next billing cycle. If the bandwidth is not fully used within the current cycle, it will expire, and a new cycle will begin with a fresh allocation.
  • How can I see the amount of streams/traffic that I use?

The “Dashboard” page displays the full information about the traffic and streams that you use.
  • Can I have a trial of your proxies?

You can request a trial of our proxies on our homepage by registering and following the provided steps. Your trial request will be reviewed within 24 hours. If approved, you can redeem your trial at any time and use our proxies for a full 60 minutes, completely free of charge.
